Deposits are credited to your Account in real time upon successful processing by your selected payment provider. wynn33 does not apply additional processing fees on deposits; however, your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges, for which wynn33 accepts no liability.
You may only deposit funds from payment accounts registered in your own name. wynn33 does not accept deposits from accounts belonging to third parties. Any deposit identified as originating from a third-party account will be returned and the relevant Account will be subject to review.
Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent qualifying deposit where possible. Indicative processing times are as follows:

All bonuses, promotions, free bets, cashback rewards, and loyalty incentives offered by wynn33 are subject to specific terms and conditions published on the relevant promotion page at the time the promotion is active. In the event of any conflict between a specific promotion's terms and these general Terms, the specific promotion terms shall prevail to the extent of any inconsistency.
Bonus Funds are subject to wagering requirements before any derived winnings can be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier and eligible games for each promotion are specified in the relevant promotion terms. Wagering on certain game categories (typically live sports, certain table games) may be excluded from or contribute at a reduced rate towards fulfilling wagering requirements.
wynn33 actively monitors Accounts for evidence of bonus abuse, including but not limited to the use of multiple Accounts to claim bonuses multiple times, low-risk betting strategies designed to extract bonus value without genuine play intent, and coordinated bonus farming. Where bonus abuse is identified, wynn33 reserves the right to void all Bonus Funds and associated winnings and to close the relevant Account(s).
Participation in the wynn33 Loyalty Programme is subject to the programme's specific terms published on the Platform. Loyalty points, tier status, and associated benefits are non-transferable, hold no cash value, and may be adjusted or discontinued by wynn33 with reasonable advance notice to affected Players. Birthday bonuses are credited to eligible Accounts within 24 hours of the registered birthday date; tier requirements apply.
All bets placed on the wynn33 Platform are subject to these Terms and any specific betting rules applicable to the relevant game, sport, or event. Bets are final once confirmed by the Platform. wynn33 does not accept requests to cancel or amend confirmed bets except where required by the applicable betting rules governing a specific event.

wynn33 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Account, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:
A Player Account that has been inactive for twelve (12) months will be classified as dormant. wynn33 will notify the Account holder by email prior to applying any dormancy charges. A monthly administrative fee may be applied to dormant Accounts, subject to applicable laws. Dormant accounts with a zero balance may be closed.
